Virtual Assistant Start Up Coaching

I have created a one to one private coaching opportunity to give you the tips and tools you need to get started in the VA world.

Unlike all of the courses I found when I was starting up – this is not group training! This is one to one personal coaching, at a time that suits you and there are no Facebook or Whatsapp groups to join, sessions to try and schedule in or industry jargan.

What is a VA?

A Virtual Assistant is just that – you provide assistance to someone who needs it from wherever you are in the world, virtually, at a time that mutually suits you and your clients, then you bill them for the hours worked.

What are the benefits to this style of working?

For you – freedom and flexibility; working from anywhere in the world, setting your own hours, only doing the type of work you want to do and you decide how much you charge!

For the client – same thing; they get to outsource tasks that take up their brain space and they pay you hourly or by project – saving them time, energy and money.

What will I get from your course?

I have over 10 years of experience as a high level executive assistant in London and Manchester, which includes a lot of working efficiently remotely with your executive but in 2018 I decided to take the leap and go freelance. Times were changing not only for me personally but in the world and as we move deeper into a virtual reality – the opportunities to broaden your client base are enormous.

However, when I set up I had no idea what to do, where to start or how to find my first client, so I’ve taken what I learned, what works (and what doesn’t) and I’ve put it together in a package to deliver to you!

Most importantly, I do this in an accessible way, I won’t bombard you with information or things you will likely never use. I offer a system, a way to simplify, to get your first clients and to set yourself up properly with templates, tools and steps you can take to get your business on track.

We will cover…

  • Things you’ll need
  • Time tracking
  • Accounts
  • Business model
  • Contracts & Agreements
  • Website & Social Media
  • What should you charge
  • Services you can offer
  • How to get clients
  • Discovery calls & Onboarding
  • Efficiency & productivity
  • Managing clients (expectations & issues)
  • Closing contracts

    – plus so much more

What’s included

  • Either a 2 hour block session or 2x 1 hour sessions via video call (your platform of choice)
  • Work books, check lists & template documents to help you build and manage your business, including but not limited to:
    • Contracts & agreements
    • Income & Expenditure
    • Email templates (from intro to invoicing)
    • Network planning
    • Onboarding form
    • Closing criteria

When starting out I was also shocked at how much this little self employed soul was expected to pay so I wanted to make this course more along the lines of something I could afford when I started out – which is why this course costs £199 – all in, for all of the above and more.
