Sunday evening stress

Sunday evening is a perfect time to prepare ourselves mentally with our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, revising and editing the things we need for ourselves and for our loved ones.

But as you draw up a quick to do list for your Monday morning, notice how you feel about each item that goes into it; Are some of the first ones tasks you have been putting off even though realistically they’ll only take you the morning to sort out, but other things feel more important? Is there anything creative on there that makes you excited to get going or do you constantly feel like you never get enough brain space to actually get stuck into them?

Are there a few items on your list that you really ought to outsource to someone like me? Who can get them crossed off the list with minimal input from you, freeing up your time to crack on and get stuck into the meatier, exciting, creative stuff you actually want to do, that will drive your career and your business forwards?

Don’t get bogged down in the ‘5 minute tasks’ that have been on your to do list every morning for a month – contact me for a complimentary chat about your requirements and let’s see if I can help.
